Our Story
At AV Engineering, we bring over 35 years of experience and dedication to the custom manufacturing of precision engineered components. Specializing in bolts ranging from precision and liner bolts to foundation bolts and studs, we also offer expert forging services, general CNC machining, and repair solutions.
We are a proudly family owned business, originally founded by the late Mr. Samaras, whose legacy of engineering excellence and high standards continues to guide the company today. AV Engineering remains committed to upholding his vision while adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and industry.

Our fully equipped 500m² workshop in Nuffield, Springs allows us to handle projects from small singular precision parts to large volume production.
Our facility is equipped to handle a wide range of materials, including mild and tough steels, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, brass, alloys, and many more. We machine to tolerances within microns, maintaining strict quality control processes throughout every stage of production.
Non-destructive testing can be performed upon request, with certification provided to ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
